(1) If the committee deems it necessary or appropriate to promote and develop the work of the fund, it may form sub-committees in foreign countries as well.
(2) The sub-committee will have members as nominated by the committee.
(3) In the sub-committee to be formed according to sub-rule (1), the committee may appoint ex-officio members to the head of the Nepali embassy or mission in that country.   Abolished by the Second Amendment.  Amended by Second Amendment. Note: The words changed by the Nepal Laws Amendment Act, 2063: (a) “Government of Nepal” instead of “Government of Shri 5”.
(b) "National Nature Conservation Fund" instead of "Shri 5 Mahendra Nature Conservation Fund".
